This comprehensive and intensive training course is designed to provide aspiring secretaries and administrative assistants with the professional skills, technical tools, and personal development needed to excel in modern office environments. Students will engage in immersive, hands-on learning experiences focused on administrative protocols, professional communication, time and file management, and high-speed keyboarding.

Program Completion

To earn a certificate of completion, students must:

  • Attend at least 85% of total hours (minimum 102 out of 120 hours)
  • Achieve a minimum 65% grade average across all assessments
  • Fulfill all financial obligations before course end
