Partnerships That Power Opportunity

At New Reflections Technical Institute (NRTI), partnerships are more than collaborations—they are catalysts for transformation. Since our founding, we have relied on the strength of strategic relationships to expand access to education, remove barriers to employment, and create sustainable pathways to success for individuals across the Greater Kansas City region. Whether you hire our graduates, serve alongside us in the community, or contribute financially to our mission, your partnership helps shape brighter futures.

Hiring Partners

NRTI partners with employers to create a pipeline of well-trained, job-ready candidates through hands-on programs designed with workforce needs in mind. With a 98% graduation rate and an 87% job placement rate, our Hiring Partners trust NRTI graduates to excel in high-demand industries—from CDL Class A driving and construction to culinary arts, administration, bookkeeping, and technology.

Community Partners

Our Community Partners include churches, nonprofit organizations, agencies, and groups who recognize the impact of holistic support.
